SUUUUPER GROSS! It felt weird, it certainly looked terrible, and to be honest, it was not that good. Poor man's lobster? Pssscchhhht! Maybe if I fried in in butter. However, I baked it in lemon and pepper. Not that good and REALLY expensive too.
this is - for some inexplicable reason - absolutely disgusting looking. i can almost feel the texture in my mouth. and i have looked it like 5 times to try and decide why it's grosser than any other fish and i can't put my finger on it. but it's absolutely disgusting looking. ugh. kudos to you for trying it.
