The Harlem What??

Let me just say, I do not understand this.  I only heard about "The Harlem Shake" this morning at a meeting (of young professionals btw) and one of the members of our group was simply STUNNED that I had not seen it.  So, naturally, I had to immediately get on my sleek and trusty iPhone 5 to look it up so I would be in the know.

I still don't know what it is and am not sure if this is the right version of THS.  Am I crazy?  Do you get it?  The guy punching the blow up giraffe made me laugh though.
