Mmmmmm......Meatloaf {s}

Check out this Start Graduate being really awesome in Chicago.  Made me want meatloaf!  My aunt Nancy (on my Dad's side) taught me to make Meatloaf in muffin tins - that way, there are more browned edges.  Yes!

Who doesn't love meatloaf - come on, admit it!

I looooove meatloaf in the large muffin tins. They are perfect that way!

I make a turkey "meatloaf" that really isn't a meatloaf. It is turkey with sundried tomato pesto and feta and it is AMAZING. I like to experiment with different kinds, but the traditional is always good :)

I like to make meatloaf in muffin tins, too! Both for portion control and faster cooking time!!
