It's a little nerdy, but I have discovered Exercise on Demand based on a friend's recommendation. There are a ton of free programs on VOD on Cable (Buckeye System) and I love them! There are even trainers like Jillian Michaels featured (she's kind of scary though - waaaaay intense).
Wanting to vary my routine and needing some low-impact, quick forms of exercise, I am really enjoying the nerdiness convenience of exercising with the TV. Moving is moving at some point, ya know? Yoga has always been a challenge for me and if I can actually get myself out of bed before work, then it's worth it.
