Lazy Sunday Poll

Ok, this is getting to be ridiculous.

It's like I'm that person who runs late every day to work and has to think of an excuse...so here's my excuse.  New Year's Eve was Friday, so Saturday felt like Sunday and Sunday was like a bonus where we loafed on the couch and tried to eat healthy (fail).

SO!

Here is the poll...one day late :)

What was the last movie you watched?  Was it in the theater or at home?

We rented Date Night with Tina Fey and Steve Carell over the weekend and I must say, it was absolutely wonderful.  We just relaxed and laughed - out loud - a lot.  Those two are a terrific team, both very funny with tremendous timing and they work well together without overpowering each other.  Bonus - Marky Mark shirtless and James Franco as "Taste."  Double bonus - the dancing scene.  You know if you've seen it.

Zombieland, at home, funny, gruesome, cute. Overall I enjoyed it, but I think it was a wait until DVD type for sure.

We liked Date Night as well! Lots of LOLs!

Umm favorite movie so far this year was Avatar and I liked it so much because I thought I was going to hate it but I was more than pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it.

With our fancy dancy popcorn machine and BluRay player and big TV and all, we'd much rather just stay home to watch movies rather than go out. Although we do really want to see Black Swan right now in the theater!

We watched Cop Out last week, a Kevin Smith movie that was tres disappointing.

(We LOVED Zombieland! Probably one of the only movies I've really, truly loved in the last five years. Seriously, Hollywood -- enough with the remakes already!)

I watched all of Good Luck Chuck because I didn't want to get up and find the remote.

TRON 3D!!!

We went on New Years and saw it at the theater. It was a cool movie. I never saw the first one, but it doesn't matter much. I was curious how this all played into the first movie, but it didn't keep me from understanding what was going on.

I kinda wanted more racing scenes and action, but overall it was good and a fun New Years movie!
