1. George Michael "Freedom! '90"
  2. Bel Biv Devoe "Poison"
  3. David Cook "Light On"
  4. Backstreet Boys "Straight Through My Heart"
  5. Foo Fighters "Best of You"
I can get down with some old school Bel Biv Devoe, know ya know.....but Light On?  How about Light's off because I'm snoozin' by the dumbells?

I guess it just comes down to this:

I like old shit.

I'm old.

I don't care.

Give me Metallica, G n' R, Def Leppard, and let's rock.  Maybe I will add some new stuff but only if it blows my face off with a good beat.  It's gotta really impress me.

I want to see James Hetfield's workout play list - I bet it's hard core as hell.  I mean, does he just listen to himself alternated with his own side projects and maybe some AC/DC?  It's not like he rotates a little Britney Spears in (although maybe he does, but he would NEVER admit it).  I'd like to think so.  How funny would it be to imagine Mr. Metallica pumping iron to "Womanizer?"  I'm dying just thinking about it.  He should cover that song.  Now THAT'S a workout mix.
