Lazy Sunday Poll
Since we are all so good and have been so on top of our commitment to Nablomoewhatever, I wanted to take this opportunity to get some polling done and maybe start a weekly of my own.
This today's poll:
Do you take vitamins? What kind? Do you think they really do anything?
Currently, I take a 2 a day multivitamin for active people (aka metabolism boosting). I was nervous about it so I actually took the bottle into my doctor and she approved it. She also recommended taking Vitamin C daily since everyone is sick all the time (exaggeration, but it seems that way in an office). The Doc told me that if you take too much Vitamin C, your body just gets rid of it via urine. So, basically, you cannot OD on the C.
I would really like to switch to the Gummy Bear kind. I think I would enjoy vitamins more. I have always hated swallowing pills and they get stuck in my throat 10% of the time forcing me to panic and down about 20oz of water. It's terrifying.
