It puts the lotion on the....hair

Today I found myself in a pickle as I was TOTALLY (and I mean totally) out of conditioner. It was a day where it was 100% necessary to wash my hair so again, I had no choice. Wash and no condition? C'mon, don't even say it to my hair. That is just awful. So, I used lotion. Yes, hand lotion as a substitute for conditioner.

The result? Not bad. I would recommend to use this in such a pickle. Now, I can only recommend this to those that have thick, coarse and most definitely curly hair. If your hair gets greasy in one day, this may not be a good solution for you.

good idea! I was out of conditioner last week and went with out it...ugh, it was a rats nest. I just pulled it up in a bun and got conditioner later that evening.

I really like the layout of your blog. The picture of the road through the trees makes me happy!

I use only shampoo to wash everything, because I figure, everything on me has hair...take a moment to choke down your barf...today, I was out of shampoo, so I used conditioner for everything, because that bottle was completely full. Although evrything smelled better, it was really...lotiony?, so I see where the substitute could be made. Toothpaste was my only other option without making a mad naked dash to my wife's shower, and that could've gotten sticky.

I totally put lotion on my hair when it's static-y.

P.S. I love your hair.
And I miss you.
I NEED to see you when I come home in July/August.

(I don't mean to sound like a stalker, but instead like a friend who really missed you.)
