I would have sued for more than that....

This story was on Bob & Tom today, and I had to look it up, just to verify it's truth. On a flight from Houston to Los Angeles, a woman was, uh, well, soiled (in the worst manner) by a fellow passenger while she was asleep. This is so awful. I would have nightmares forever and I am just saying that I would have asked for way more than $200,000. Read full story here if you can stomach it.

I'm failing to see what's wrong with what he did, except for the fact that he flew American Airlines, when everyone knows that Continental provides warm towels...

Oh my God. But I wonder how none of the other passengers knew what he was doing? Being on an airplane that I'm assuming has limited space, people are all kinds of cramped aboard planes. Someone had to have noticed that a guy was sitting there pulling the pud, even if he did have a blanket on. It's still obvious. And if that was me, I would have made sure that the tray table hit him in the worst way possible.

Trust me, it can be done discretely...I've heard stories of public libraries, in the backseat of a car when someone else was driving, people at their desk at work...etc.

Sure... you're heard stories. Right.

i would have asked for WAY more than $200,000. Easily, I would have asked for $500,000.

p.s. - on second thought, can one really put a price on having a stranger's "stuck substance" in their hair?!? :)

I would have returned the favor by throwing up on him.

And then punched him in his trachea.

Ha! Then that.

Like it hadn't happened to her recreationally before this incident anyway? A little sticky in her hair? Just chalk it up as one of her, probably many, one-nite stands, and get over it.
