Morris likes drinking near dumpsters and in bathrooms

I am not sure I fully trust Morris, but will be heartily disappointed if he is a bad guy.

Last night was interesting. Here are my thoughts:

1) The President cannot be dead. Both Palmer Presidents are assassinated?

Come on.

2) Reed sucks.

3) Nice security checkpoint. Maybe an X-ray machine next time.

4) Logan is a rancher now? I don't trust him either and all this Bible stuff. When he was talking to himself in the mirror I was a little creeped out.

5) I am excited about Jack's costume change. A+ on the suit, Jack.

6) Chloe is totally stressed out! I LOVED her "NOT NOW" in the bathroom. That was great.

7) Where is Milo? Where is Audrey? Where is Karen Hayes?

Spinning Disaster

I have not blogged in a week! Sorry!
The other day I was in spinning class at the gym. When I got there, only two bikes were open (I was a little late), so I just hopped on one and lo-and-behold, it was the squeaky one! Damn! You know the squeaky one, where everyone gives you a dirty look because the squeaking is so annoying. You smile and go, "Sorry!" and they say, "It's ok!" but they are really thinking, "I wish you and that bike would JUST SHUT UP!" Then during the middle of the class, the squeaking became clicking, more dirty looks ensued, and it could not have been any hotter in there so my armpit sweat was OUT OF CONTROL at this point. All of a sudden, during a sprint, the clicking and the squeaking stopped, but something broke. I almost fell off the bike, because the wheel was spinning now with no resistance (ergo no friction). Everyone is staring at me like, "Hey, you just broke a bike! That is really hard to do, but you did it! So annoying!" Then I had to go to the other open bike, RIGHT AT THE FRONT of the class. I say to the instructor, "Sorry for all the interruptions," and she says, "It's ok," but what she is really thinking is, "What an amateur! This girl is so annoying! She sings the songs and breaks bikes." Good thing she was a sub and I will never have to see her again.

I love Rap

I was on the phone just now with someone that is
looking to book space for a rap concert.
He asked if April 1st was available.

Me: "Yes, it is available. That date is Palm Sunday."
Him: "What?"
Me: "Palm Sunday."
Him: "Tom Sunday?"
Me: "PALM. It is a religious day."
Him: "Oh, well, religious people don't like rap."

Focus

Ever have days where you have a lot to do, but simply cannot do it?
Today is one of those days for me.

Peanut Butter Recall

Has everybody heard about the recall for peanut butter with salmonella?
It is either Peter Pan or the Wal-Mart brand with a product
code that starts with 2111. My friend at work ACTUALLY had
a jar of this stuff! Crazy!

Real live snow day

So, what did everyone in Lucas Co. do yesterday?
We had a level 3 snow emergency and most businesses
closed, so we had the day off. I must say that my Jeep
was worth every penny. 4 wheel drive? Excellent.
Wolfie the VW did not cut it in this weather, but Ollie
the Jeep sure rocks it.

Who watched? My thoughts below:

1) Wayne Palmer is a moron for meeting face to face
and ALONE with Assad. WHAT is he thinking? Taking
a call from the Vice right in front of him too? C'mon Wayne.
2) Mr. Bauer is WAY too tall to be Jack or Graem's father.
3) Chloe is my favorite character (besides Jack of course).
She is great! M0rris gets no pity from her.

4) DRILL TO THE SHOULDER. That was sick.
5) 2 hours of 24 is better than 1.
6) How in God's name did Fayed get away? Ridiculous.
7) Didn't see it coming when McCarthey got blown away
by his blonde bimbo. Whoa!
8) Where is Karen Hayes?
9) Tom Lennox and his creepy assistant are plotting....
it's getting very intense.

Close Encounters

Yesterday I was standing in my kitchen on the phone.
The washer/dryer were not on, the heat had not just
kicked on, and I didn't move. A cabinet door just randomly
swung open. YIKES! This is the fourth thing that has
happened in the house that makes me think it is "inhabited."

Nicknames

Last night a bunch of old college buddies were in town and I saw a lot of people
I haven't seen in years. That is always so great! All the Betas still call me
"Cannonball" from our college days. I am not even sure why I got that
nickname, but it stuck and I love it. Most likely it had something to do with chugging beers.
