No workouts!!! :-)Actually I just started working out again and I think I am leaning towards the evening. Though I am tired when I get home, I just can't ever seem to get my body up early enough to workout, shower and get ready. I prefer sleeping!
I like both, really.I LOVE working out in the a.m. so that it's DONE and finished.However, I totally HATE getting up in the a.m.
I choose Option C, please - neither! I hate to workout. I don't, in fact. I know I should, but I'm lazy. If I have to be active (I do like to hike, ride bikes, play tennis, play softball) it has to be in the evening. I will hit my snooze until the last possible minute every morning. Sleep trumps exercising any day.
work out? huh...what's that? hahahahaha. i WISH i had time to work out. my mornings are way too rushed. i'd have to get up at 4:30 a.m. just to fit it in. and by the time the girls are alseep for the night, it's close to 9 pm and i'm too darn tired to do it. oh well.
I would like to give a shout out to moms! God bless you for finding time to do ANYTHING! My mom stayed home to raise us and she is an amazing woman: I am forever grateful.Yes, SUA class of 97! Holla!
