Cold Stone Creamery

Oh Man....now we are in trouble. For the first time ever, I visited Cold Stone Creamery yesterday. Now I see what all the hype is about. My choice was French Toast ice cream (limited time only) in a waffle cone. Holy Crap. It was simply amazing. To add to my wonder of this lovely place, when I got to the register, they had these cute little black wrought iron swirly things in which to place your cone so you can pay. Man, those ice cream moguls thought of everything.

I used to LOVE Cold Stone (Germanchokolatecake and Chocolate Devotion were my favorites), but then I got mad at how expensive it is.

Have you tried Handels on Sylvania or Secor? They have great combinations, are ranked as one of the Top 10 ice cream shops by National Geographic and are cheaper!

There is a new one opening up in Perrysburg. In the PetSmart plaza on route 20 by Target.

Ick. I am not a cold stone fan. As much as I LOVE ice cream, this place just doesn't do it for me. I think it is bad ice cream...it tastes fake.

A is right about Handles...I think it is THE BEST in town!

Cold Stone costs way too much. 30 cents to double my 8 dollar ice cream, what the hell!
