YES!!! They're great if you ask me. It makes a simple exercise hard and builds your core.
LOVE these. Big fan. I love doing regular arm stuff on them and strengthening my core at the same time.(I sound like such a tool.):-)
Didn't we use them in the class we took together? You have to come back so we can do that again!!!
I used one when I was in therapy a couple summers ago when I tore up my knee. It was pretty fab.
