Socks that are too tight are annoying

Does anyone else have this issue? I usually wear the trouser-type sock to work because I usually wear heels. Those damn socks have a really tight, restrictive band that might not be healthy. You will never see me tugging up a pair of trouser socks, but you might see me getting a pair of scissors out to cut them to help my toes turn back to normal color. Yesterday at the gym, the spinning instructor even commented on my intense sock mark. I slyly retorted: "That is what happens when you work out like a maniac; your socks get too tight."

I TOTALLY hear you. We've talked about this.

Too-tight of socks are of the devil.

And, there's nothing more embarassing than going immediately from work, to the gym, with clearly visible, pink, indented sock marks.

This is SO annoying!!! I am glad I am not the only one! I don't understand why they need to be so tight?!?!?!

I really don't think it is good for you! On the Rachael Ray show they were talking about how wearing underwear with tighter elastic can cause cellulite b/c of the restriction of blood & oxygen (or something like that) taking that same logic does that mean you will get cellulite on your calfs from wearing too tight socks?!?! Not Cool! ;-)

I too hate too-tight socks, but I think I hate too-loose socks even more.

I hate that they slide down and bunch up in my shoes and I'm constantly pulling them back up where they belong.

Yick. I'm not sure which is worse.

The weird thing is that everyone has this problem, so who are socks made to fit? A HOBBIT? Geez....
