I took yolates last night because I cannot do anything really intense (like TurboKick or jogging) right now because of my ongoing vertigo/migraine issues. I have been taking this class on Mondays for about 3 months and like it. It is a combo of yoga and pilates. I continue to be surprised at how this "hippie" workout is actually strenuous. You really have to give it a chance and it can be quite challenging. Getting your own mat is key so you don't constantly think about how someone's butt or feet have been where you are resting your head. You can focus on you.
